About Me
Wow, I can't believe how fast this wedding has come around! I get married on Friday! OMFG! lol. Had such a lovely day yesterday. H and C came to see me. First me and H went to Chikitos for some lunch and had a good gossip, then bought some blonde hilights for my hair.
She has streaked my hair with it and it looks awesome. Then she dryed it and straightened it, and we had a few go's at how I want it for the wedding. I looked so girly I couldn't believe it. I'm having half of it up, in little bunches and then the other half will be down in curls. And I have a little two way fringe at the front. And I looked even better with make up on.
Anyway, we then went shopping in town and I got underwear to go under my wedding dress and some wedding shoes.
Today I am seeing my mum and then taking my dress to a seamstress to be measured and then will leave the dress with her to be altered and pick it up on Wednesday. (I last tried my wedding dress on Boxing Day, before I was showing, so when I tried it on last week it didnt fit ARGH!).
About Baby
According to i-am-pregnant.com this is what my baby should be like now.
"Your baby's crown-to-rump length is approximately 4 inches and s/he now weighs approximately 1.75 ounces. Your baby is close to the size of a softball and you can easily tell that you are pregnant now! If you wear maternity clothes or a swimming suit, other people will be able to tell that you are pregnant also. You can probably feel your uterus about three to four inches below your bellybutton."

"Your baby, 25 weeks to go.....
If you do not yet have a due date, your doctor can easily determine an accurate due date based on the measurement of your baby's head. This is done by an ultrasound examination. Your doctor will be discussing upcoming tests and procedures with you around this time that are able to diagnose or confirm birth defects and other abnormalities.
Your baby is growing at an amazing rate and looking more like a human every day. Because your baby's skin is so thin, you are able to see blood vessels through the skin. Lanugo hair covers your baby's body, but it will be gone when your baby is born. The hair on the eyebrows and head continues to grow. Some babies are born with little or no hair and others have a head full of hair! If you have an ultrasound at this point, you might be able to see your baby sucking its thumb. Even though the eyes continue to move to the front of the face, they are still widely separated. Your baby's ears look like normal ears and continue to develop externally. The bones that have already formed continue to get harder and retain calcium. The baby is very mobile and flexible at this point. s/he can bend her arms at the elbows and wrists and s/he can also make a fist with his/her hands."
I can't wait until 13th March for my next scan when we will find out the sex of the baby. I have a feeling it is a boy, and people have commented that they think I am having a boy. But we will find out for sure in March. I can't wait to find out if our baby is a Jaidan-Joshua or a Chloe-May Jennifer!
It's so weird though... my first scan was on my mum's bf's birthday. And my second scan will be on my mums birthday. My baby is due 8th of August, but my birthday is the 17th... so would be weird if baby was late and arrived on my birthday lol.
I'm not showing where baby is yet, but above that I have a massive massive belly! I have so far put on around 1 and a half stone. And have gone from size 8 clothes to outgrowing size 10 clothes! But I don't care, as I am pregnant, and baby is all that matters not how I look.
Well I better go have a quick tidy and a lovely hot brew. Then might straighten my hair now that I'm feeling a bit more girly
